Jubilee Avenue Staircase

This project presented with a distinctive challenge: creating an internal access between two levels of a charming bungalow that originally lacked an internal staircase. Our design approach was developed to preserve and honour the home’s original character and architectural integrity. By integrating a carefully crafted staircase, we achieved seamless connection between floors without compromising the bungalow’s inherent aesthetic. The new stair features meticulously selected clear-finished timbers that complement the existing woodwork, alongside elegant black wrought iron vertical elements that provide subtle contrast and visual interest. This combination not only enhances the functionality of the home but also maintains the timeless quality and charm that define the property.
